Lisa-Marie Ross specializes in comparative legal studies between Asia and Europe and international law at the National University of Singapore (Faculty of Law, Centre for Asian Legal Studies). At the Center, she is a full-time researcher and publishes and speaks at international conferences among other topics on WEB3.0, cryptoassets regulation and sustainability in the financial sector. Prior to NUS, Lisa was a research associate at the Goethe-University Frankfurt. Furthermore, Lisa is a trained banker and has worked in several banking and lecturing positions. Additionally, she is contributing to the Digital Euro Association as an expert and working group member. Therefore, Lisa is particularly interested in regulatory responses and legal challenges resulting from the transformation of financial markets by the fast-moving digital ledger technology.
